Delivery is available only in our designated service areas as specified on our website.

Small quantity delivery is available only in Ayodhya. Bulk delivery is available in Lucknow, Barabanki, and Ayodhya.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe but shall not be liable for delays beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.

Our return and replacement policy is governed by the specific terms outlined in our Return Policy page, which is incorporated by reference into these terms.

Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, subject to the conditions specified in our Return Policy.

We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet our policy criteria.

KAAEXIM PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our platform or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We are not responsible for any delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these terms must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose.
